The site is primed for the 50-acre mixed-use development This project will feature 693 apartments housed in garden-style buildings, ranging from four to five stories, alongside 54 townhomes, cumulating in 747 multifamily units. The plan will be executed in phases, starting with 382 apartments and 38 townhomes.
The apartment units in Parks at Delray will vary in size, offering options from one to three bedrooms, spanning 580 to 1,400 square feet. The three-bedroom townhomes will be more spacious, ranging from 1,670 to 1,770 square feet. Additionally, approximately 10% of the units in the development are earmarked as workforce housing.
Parks at Delray offers a rare chance to secure a stake in this vibrant residential community. The site is situated within a highly desirable area, conveniently located near major highways, employment hubs, universities, and the upscale shopping, dining, and entertainment areas of Boca Raton and Delray Beach.
